Firestop Centre Limited (‘Firestop Centre”) provides the following information for all purchasers of our online products:
Orders received by email will be processed no later than the following working day.
Delivery by courier for smaller orders will be same day for Auckland area or overnight for outside Auckland area.
Delivery by freight for larger orders will be no later than two working days from order processing date.
Excess product will be accepted for credit provided it is returned in saleable condition within 30 days at customer's cost to Firestop Centre's warehouse at Unit J, 657 Great South Rd, Penrose, Auckland.
Credits will be paid to the customer's credit card or bank account less a 10% handling fee.
In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock at the time of order, Firestop Centre will contact the customer with alternative suggested products which suit the customer's situation.
If no alternative product is acceptable, the customer may choose to delete that product or the whole order. Firestop Centre will refund in full the appropriate amount to the customer's credit card or bank account.
Prices for products are subject to change without notice.
Products may be added or deleted without notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Firestop Centre reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Any payment already made for cancelled orders will be immediately refunded in full.
